Asbury United Methodist Church packaged 18,000 meals today as part of their Grace Day.
A portion of the meal will go to Churches United for our local food pantries and the remainder will go overseas to feed the hungry.
Miles was my helper during the demonstration.
Chuck and I had gone to church at Asbury several weeks ago, no one knew we were connected with Kids Against Hunger YQC, there were announcements made about the event. During the Joys and Concerns portion of the service, Miles stood up and asked for prayers for the people who run Kids Against Hunger because without them where would the world be.
